The Tennessee Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution (TSDAR) held their 104th annual conference in Franklin, TN in April 2009. Four members of the Jackson Madison chapter attended: Membership chair Phyllis Little; Chapter Chaplin Shery Taylor, DAR Good Citizen Chair Jane Wolfe, and Chapter Regent Jackie Utley. The chapter received 23 District Awards and 24 State Level Awards including State Conservation Award, Most ROTC Medals Awarded, Special Commendation for Service to Veterans, Best in State for Retaining and Reinstating Members, Best in State of Commemorative Events. The chapter also received First Place in the Southeast Division (TN, MS, GA, LA) for the Lincoln Bicentennial Celebration.

Our chapter garnered an amazing number of awards at both the District Level and State Level.  The following is a listing of those awards.
